WHP’s 2019

Now that we’ve got over the initial shock of January coming around so quickly (hits us every year!), we’ve paused for thought and have been reflecting on what a great year 2019 was for us.

We were delighted to continue our partnerships with over 40 clients who have worked with us for at least five years. We really enjoy building these long-term relationships. We were also happy to take on twelve new client partners over the course of 2019, and look forward to working with them for what we hope will be equally as long!

We’ve delivered new brands, websites, exhibition stands, bespoke print and videos, and have travelled to three countries in as many days for a film shoot. We’ve also created a new suite of training material for both Castrol & BP, which included a mix of film, animation and print.

Our new partnership with MPA saw us bring their customer communication to the next level by creating their brand identity and marketing material, supporting their strategy to help them release and sustain innovation throughout the UK.

But our proudest achievement of the year is partnering with the Northampton Saints Foundation as our charity of choice. They use the power of sport and the values of rugby to drive positive change in young people improving confidence and wellbeing, facilitating return to education, training and employment.

We worked with them to define their core values and developed the strapline ‘Our History. Their Future’ echoing the origins of Northampton Saints from their work with troubled youngsters. This combined with directing and shooting videos to help communicate their story has created awareness for the great work the charity does.

The size of the team has increased; now boasting both marketing, brand strategy & delivery consultants. We are always keen to share ideas and fuel creativity through networking with peers and attending industry events. Last year was no exception, with the highlight being Luxepack, an annual exhibition that promotes the latest in print and packaging trends. That it happened to be held in Monaco meant it wasn’t too shabby either.

All in all, we are happy to say 2019 has been our most successful and enjoyable year, and we’re excited to leap in 2020 with enthusiasm and drive to continue delivering strategic creative solutions for all our client partners.

Roll on 2020.
