We worked on a light rebrand project for Fumopay, aimed at updating their tired, dated content and stock photography. Our goal was to create a more compelling and coherent way for them to communicate with their customers through illustrative and informative visuals.
Fumopay came to us because their content was outdated and confusing for customers. They wanted to make it easier for people to understand their product, which sends payments instantly, at lower costs than competitors, and integrates directly with Xero.
Not wanting to change their logo or brand colors, we focused on how they communicated with their customers. The goal was to create clear, informative visuals to show what Fumopay does and how it helps.
We decided to replace stale stock photos with simple, informative illustrations. Our concept was straightforward: a payment represented by a circle traveling along a line to show the transaction happening instantly. This visual system was effective in both static images and animations, especially when paired with clear, simple language.
We changed how Fumopay used their brand colors by adding background gradients. These gradients created a sense of space, allowing the illustrated transactions to move freely within it. This approach helped in both static and dynamic formats, making the information more engaging and easier to understand.
We built a library of assets and components for Fumopay, allowing them to create their own infographics for various marketing channels. This saves them time and reduces ongoing creative costs. Additionally, we developed a series of animations to drive engagement and further explain the benefits of their product.
Our work helped Fumopay communicate more clearly and effectively, making it easier for customers to understand their product and boosting their marketing efforts.
