Jack partnered with us to mould his brand identity, content managed website and expedition graphics as he embarked on his new venture.

Jack Fleckney is a former Royal Marine Commando, rugby player, entrepreneur, world record holder and all-round good guy. Through our charity partners, The Northampton Saints Foundation (for which Jack is an ambassador) he commissioned us to help mould his identity as he started his journey as an adventurer with one objective, to fund projects that support disadvantaged children.

In January 1913, before Scott’s Terra Nova left for home, a large wooden cross was made by the ship’s carpenters, inscribed with the names of the lost party and Tennyson’s line from his poem Ulysses: “To strive, to seek, to find, and not to yield”. We took inspiration from this explorer spirit to create Jack’s strapline - Seek, Strive, Conquer.

The logomark features the Union Flag, inspired by Jack’s connections with the Royal Marines, and the rich history of British adventurers. The logo was designed to be adaptable, to enable unique Exhibition badges to be created for each challenge that Jack takes on. Swapping out the flag motif for a terrain specific icon that reflected his latest adventure.

“I have loved working with the WHP Creative team. From the moment I entered their office I could see the passion they have and amazing team they have built. Just a few weeks later they were presenting the brand ideas, website design and to top it off had created merchandise and event branding ideas. I am really excited to keep working with them in the future!”

After establishing Jack's brand identity, we moved on to his website. We were keen that Jack have the ability to make changes on the fly, so we created it on a platform where he could update followers on his adventures and upcoming challenges with ease.
