Brief

As BP moves towards becoming an integrated energy company, the business has committed to a net zero future. To support this transition, the BP Pulse team asked us to create engaging learning materials that would educate staff about renewable technologies and new product offerings. With an established identity already in place, our role was to extend the look and feel into a kinetic and illustrative system suited to an eLearning platform.

Approach

We developed a flexible eLearning system built around illustrated environments and adaptive visual storytelling. Content was structured to match complexity. Simpler topics were delivered through flat, scene-based learning, while more technical concepts shifted into isometric environments, allowing diagrams, schematics and processes to be explained with greater clarity. This gave the platform the ability to scale from introductory learning through to more detailed technical understanding. Animation, infographics and knowledge checks were used throughout to reinforce understanding and maintain engagement. Each module was designed to be responsive and SCORM-compliant, providing measurable feedback on user interaction and progress. The result is a learning platform that translates complex information into clear, visual experiences, helping staff build confidence as the business evolves.
