We partner with clients who want to stand out without shouting, creating value through brand identity, digital products, film, events and eLearning. We keep a lean senior core team — the people you meet are the people who do the work — and bring in trusted specialists for the highly specialised 20%. We have worked with 80+ organisations across more than 20 sectors, including BP, Audi, Mercedes-Benz, Santander, NatWest, NHS, the Open University, Milton Keynes City Council and Northampton Saints Foundation. ## Services ### Brand + Strategy — https://www.whpcreative.com/services/brand-strategy Brand strategy, positioning, naming, tone of voice, visual identity and brand guidelines. Having worked with the team for many years, we understood both their heritage and their ambition to reposition themselves — from being seen primarily as printers for individuals to being recognised as a creative partner to design agencies and the wider industry, while holding onto the craftsmanship that sets them apart. Approach: The rebrand drew on the familiar signwritten livery of their Mayfair shopfront, which we digitised and developed into a custom typeface with variable weights and inktraps for practical use across materials. The new identity is supported by a website highlighting case studies, international client projects and an eCommerce platform for seasonal products. Photography and film bring the detail of their craft to life, while packaging and stationery now follow a more circular ethos — repurposing offcuts and shifting from a fixed blue paper stock to a flexible system of printing blue onto varied papers, reducing waste and showcasing their hallmark: Making Impressions. ### A new direction — Milton Keynes City Council, Get Around MK (Brand + Strategy, Marketing + Content, Events + Activation, Film + Animation) https://www.whpcreative.com/work/milton-keynes-city-council-get-around-mk Brief: The initiative needed to connect with a broad audience of residents, businesses and visitors, encouraging a shift away from car dependency towards more sustainable transport. Previous communications lacked clarity and cohesion, making it difficult for people to understand the options or navigate between them. Approach: We developed a structured identity and communication system to simplify movement across the network. Building on the existing council palette, we introduced a colour-coded framework for different transport modes, a perspective-based grid and a new illustrative style for consistency across signage, campaigns and digital touchpoints. A flexible wayfinding approach based on the brand's chevron form guides users through redways, green spaces and public transport routes, supported by a new icon set and comprehensive guidelines. ### Shifting the current — BP Pulse (Web + App, Digital Learning + Consultancy, Film + Animation) https://www.whpcreative.com/work/bp-pulse-shifting-the-current Brief: As BP moves towards becoming an integrated energy company committed to a net zero future, the BP Pulse team asked us to create engaging learning materials to educate staff about renewable technologies and new product offerings, extending the established identity into a kinetic, illustrative eLearning system. Approach: We developed a flexible eLearning system built around illustrated environments and adaptive visual storytelling. Simpler topics were delivered through flat, scene-based learning, while more technical concepts shifted into isometric environments for diagrams, schematics and processes. Animation, infographics and knowledge checks reinforced understanding, and each module was responsive and SCORM-compliant, providing measurable feedback on user interaction and progress. ### Learning to lead — BP (Digital Learning + Consultancy, Web + App) https://www.whpcreative.com/work/bp-learning-to-lead Brief: Staff needed training covering customer service, leadership, onboarding, food preparation and safety in busy, high-pressure environments where clarity and consistency are essential and training must be easy to follow, practical and immediately applicable. Approach: We created a library of engaging modules with illustrations, scenarios and knowledge checks, each built to be straightforward and repeatable so staff could learn at their own pace. Leadership modules support team development, while onboarding and safety content ensure consistent standards across locations. ### Causing a stir — MKT:MIX (Brand + Strategy, Film + Animation, Web + App) https://www.whpcreative.com/work/mkt-mix Brief: MKT:MIX was built around a simple idea — businesses should be able to pick and mix the support they need rather than committing to a fixed offering. Their audience often already had in-house teams but needed targeted support across specific channels. The challenge was to express that flexibility while still feeling structured and reliable within a conservative sector. Approach: We developed a visual system built on a simple but rigid grid — a dependable framework reflecting the clarity expected in financial services, while allowing content to be arranged playfully within it. The identity extends through colour, typography and graphic elements, and a library of animated assets and Canva templates lets the team produce content quickly and consistently. ### Change in motion — Fumopay (Web + App, Film + Animation) https://www.whpcreative.com/work/fumopay Brief: Fumopay enables fast, low-cost payments integrated with Xero. Their previous communications relied heavily on stock imagery, making it difficult for customers to understand the product. They needed a clearer way to explain how the system works without overcomplicating it. Approach: We developed a simple illustrative system built around movement — payments represented as circles travelling along a line, a direct visual expression of instant transfer. Gradients add depth and guide attention, and a library of reusable assets and animations gives the team tools to create their own infographics and marketing content. ### Measuring momentum — ProfitSpring (Brand + Strategy, Web + App) https://www.whpcreative.com/work/profit-spring Brief: ProfitSpring helps businesses understand and improve performance through clear, data-driven insight. The challenge was to create an identity that felt confident without becoming arrogant, technical without becoming cold, and simple without losing energy. Approach: We built an identity around the idea of measured movement. The visual language is intentionally restrained — black and white foundations with colour reserved for the semantics of data (green for positive performance, orange for areas of concern). Kinetic typography and annotation devices underline and direct attention. The strapline "Measured momentum" captures the balance between precision and progress. ### A quiet lift — Lyford Partners (Brand + Strategy, Marketing + Content, Web + App) https://www.whpcreative.com/work/lyford-partners-a-quiet-lift Brief: Lyford Partners is a London-based private bank serving an international network of high net worth individuals and institutions, positioning itself as a discreet partner. The owl already present in the brand symbolised quiet observation and considered judgement; the challenge was to evolve this into a more refined and credible identity for a competitive, traditional sector. Approach: We refined the existing identity, reworking the owl into a more precise, ownable mark, with a restrained palette and calligraphy-inspired typefaces. We designed and built a headless website with a custom CMS, used AI-generated imagery to bring the owl to life consistently, and developed foil-blocked stationery and welcome packs — positioning Lyford Partners as a discreet, credible presence in a complex financial landscape. ### A swing at tradition — 1744 (Brand + Strategy, Marketing + Content, Web + App, Film + Animation) https://www.whpcreative.com/work/1744 Brief: 1744 set out to challenge the traditional, conservative image of golfwear and appeal to a new generation of players, building a brand with energy, humour and personality — without losing credibility or its connection to the sport. Approach: We developed an identity that balances familiarity with disruption: a graffiti-inspired mono logo and "Golfhead", a character driving storytelling across social channels. The wider system combines archive golfing imagery with a contemporary collage aesthetic, brought together in an expressive eCommerce platform. ### Laying the foundations — Northampton Saints Foundation (Web + App, Film + Animation, Marketing + Content) https://www.whpcreative.com/work/northampton-saints-foundation Brief: The Foundation supports thousands of young people each year, helping them build confidence, develop skills and move into education, training or employment. Their communications did not fully capture the depth of their impact or the connection to the club's heritage. Approach: We began with a discovery phase with staff and students, revealing a strong link between the Foundation's work and the club's origins. This informed the strapline "Our History, Their Future" and a cohesive visual and narrative system, including brand assets, photography direction, film, and a library of templates and tools for the team to produce their own content consistently. ### Reframing a classic — Adrian Alan (Web + App, Brand + Strategy) https://www.whpcreative.com/work/adrian-alan Brief: Established in 1964 and based in Mayfair, Adrian Alan is a leading antique dealer serving collectors, museums and designers worldwide. A brand audit revealed multiple competing logos, creating inconsistency and weakening the sense of heritage central to the business. Approach: We created a unified marque by digitising the gallery's longstanding shopfront signage — familiar to existing clients but refined for broader application. The website reflects the same restraint and authority, giving space to the objects themselves, resulting in a coherent identity rooted in heritage yet clear and contemporary. ### A new spin on things — Nice Records (Marketing + Content, Web + App, Film + Animation) https://www.whpcreative.com/work/nice-records Brief: Nice Records began as a personal project re-releasing back catalogues as originally intended. Releases can appear and disappear quickly due to licensing and availability, so the platform needed to be adaptable, responsive and easy to manage. Approach: We designed and built a straightforward eCommerce site that lets the team upload and manage releases quickly. The identity was developed from the existing logo, echoing the DIY nature of early independent releases, with a loose system of stickers, overlays and templates the team can layer and rework themselves. ### Creating structure — MeCo (Brand + Strategy, Web + App) https://www.whpcreative.com/work/me-co-creating-structure Brief: Having secured early projects, the business needed an identity that reflected the quality and care of their work. The original branding under "M.E Co" was functional but lacked the presence and clarity needed to support long-term growth. Approach: We evolved the name to MeCo (Meticulous Construction) and built an identity centred on the humble brick — a visual device and structural principle drawing on repetition, alignment and connection. A tessellating grid and grounded palette carry across digital and print, giving MeCo a foundation that can grow alongside the business. ### A home for hope — Nadiya (Brand + Strategy, Web + App, Film + Animation) https://www.whpcreative.com/work/nadiya-a-home-for-hope Brief: Nadiya is a UK-based charity supporting civilians displaced by the war in Ukraine, connecting hosts with people in need of a safe place to stay. Communications needed to be clear and accessible while reflecting the human reality behind each placement, balancing warmth and empathy with clarity and trust. Approach: We developed a visual and verbal identity that brings structure without removing humanity. The name Nadiya, meaning hope, became the foundation for tone of voice. A restrained palette and clear typographic structure create consistency while leaving space for real stories, supported by guidelines and assets for consistent application across partners and campaigns. ### Taking control — KIT (Brand + Strategy) https://www.whpcreative.com/work/kit Brief: KIT provides software that helps organisations manage tools, equipment and accountability — tracking inventory, reporting damage and maintaining compliance. The challenge was communicating a product that largely operates behind the scenes and is hard to explain through flat visuals or text alone. Approach: We designed and built a headless website using 3D-rendered scenes as a visual narrative, showing how the platform integrates into real working conditions. The flexible headless architecture lets scenes and content update as the product evolves, translating a functional system into something clear and accessible. ### Momentum needs a nudge — Domino Consulting (Brand + Strategy, Web + App) https://www.whpcreative.com/work/domino-consulting-momentum-needs-a-nudge Brief: Domino Consulting provides specialist consultancy to charities, helping them secure funding, improve operations and grow sustainably. They needed a digital presence reflecting both the warmth of the sector and the clarity of their approach — approachable and human, yet structured enough to support consultancy-led services and future growth. Approach: We developed an identity built around movement and adaptability, with a shuffling logomark echoing the company's namesake. Warm colours and a restrained palette balance the human nature of the work with clarity, and we designed and built a modular headless website with a custom CMS on Sanity that can be reconfigured as the business evolves. ## Contact - Phone: 01908 319034 - Email: hello@whpcreative.com - Contact page: https://www.whpcreative.com/contact ## Offices - Milton Keynes: Studio 5, Manor Farm Court, Old Wolverton, MK12 5NN - London: 4 Mount Street, Mayfair, W1K 3LW ## Company Legal name: Wehavepowers (WHP) Creative Ltd. A renovated cowshed on a farm in Milton Keynes, or a space in the heart of London. Whichever suits you best. If you fancy escaping the city noise, come visit our main creative studio on the outskirts of Milton Keynes. It’s a beautifully renovated barn with plenty of breathing room, great views and stress-free parking right outside. If you prefer the big smoke, we can catch up at our space in London instead. Same clever thinking, just slightly fewer tractors. Let us know what works and we’ll get the kettle on. And you’d better like dogs, because ours is mental. ### We want something beautiful, but it has to sell. How do you balance both? These things aren't mutually exclusive. If a brand or website looks stunning but doesn't convert your visitors, it isn't actually good design. It's just art. And while we love art, it doesn't tend to do much for your bottom line. We don’t treat strategy and creative as two separate departments. We start with the purpose - your goals, your audience, and your business objectives - and we design solutions entirely around that. The result is work that gets the attention it deserves, and then does the job it was hired to do. Whilst looking great too. ### You do everything from brand strategy to eLearning. Are you actually experts in all of them? It’s a fair question. Usually, 'full-service' is just agency code for 'jack of all trades, master of none.' We do things a bit differently. Our broad range of services didn't happen overnight - it is the result of working across a huge variety of sectors since 2008. Over nearly two decades, we’ve built deep expertise and an incredible network of connections. We handle about 80% of our work in-house with our core team. For the highly specialized 20%, we don't try to wing it. We tap into our trusted network of specialist partners, people we’ve worked with for years and trust implicitly. This means you get the ease and consistency of a single agency partner, backed by the sharpest minds in the industry for every specific task. No compromises. ### I’ve been burned by agencies before, pitched to by the senior team, then handed off to someone else. Will that happen? We completely get it. It’s one of the biggest frustrations in our industry, and the short answer is: no. The seasoned experts you meet in our initial chat are the exact same people who will be doing the strategic thinking, the pixel-pushing, and final production. You get our senior team from day one right through to sign-off. It means decisions are made faster, nothing gets lost in translation, and the team explaining your strategy is the one actually delivering it. ### What does WHP stand for? Well, part of us wants to keep that a secret. But a quick search on Companies House would spoil it pretty quickly anyway. When we started out, it was short for WeHavePowers. But as we grew up, so did our way of working. Today, it has become our core strategy for delivering value: Work. Hone. Play. (You can read more about how that works on our About page). That said, we’re always open to suggestions. If you think you've got a better idea of what the letters should stand for, drop us a line through our contact form. The more ridiculous, the better. But remember, we have your IP address. ### Will you be a good fit for our brand? That really depends what you’re looking for. We feel we’re in the sweet spot. Small enough that you’ll always work directly with our senior team, but we've been doing this since 2008, so we have plenty of muscle. If you’re looking for a massive agency with armies of account managers scheduling meetings about meetings, we’re probably not your crowd. But if you want a dedicated team that gets stuck in and delivers actual value to your bottom line, we’re just right. ### What’s your pricing structure? We don’t have rigid, off-the-shelf packages. Simply because we don't do off-the-shelf work. Ordinarily, we quote a fixed price based on the exact scope of your project, with a 50% deposit for new clients to get the wheels turning. But we’re highly flexible. It can be a straightforward transactional project, a profit or equity share for the right venture, or even pro-bono support for charities doing great work. Ultimately, we deliver our best results when we stop being 'the agency' and become an extension of your team, working as a proper partner to help you achieve your business goals, whatever they look like. ### I’ve never worked with an agency before. Do I need a fully finished brief to get started? Not at all. In fact, some of our best work has started as a quick chat over a coffee or a rough sketch on the back of an envelope. You don’t need to have everything figured out, and you certainly don’t need to speak 'marketing.' That’s what we're here for. Our job is to help you find the focus. We’ll ask the right questions, translate the technical bits into plain English, and guide you through the process step-by-step. No pressure, no intimidating jargon, and absolutely no faff. If you have a problem you want to solve, that is more than enough. We can figure out the rest together. ## Hone (journal) — https://www.whpcreative.com/hone Dated, bylined articles from the WHP team. ### Is AI ghosting your business? — https://www.whpcreative.com/hone/is-ai-ghosting-your-business By Pete Spicer, Director.
